These are the terms and conditions agreed between Cyber Connect and the “Customer”

1. Supply of Service

1.1 Cyber Connect shall supply the various web hosting plans that are outlined on its website http://cyberwebhosting.co.za and shall deliver the ordered option once full payment has been made.

1.2 Cyber Connect shall inform you of any delay in the delivery of the service as soon as is reasonably practicable.

1.3 Cyber Connect will at its sole discretion provide you with access to other resources to facilitate your use of its service.

2. Description of the Service

3. Your Obligations

3.1 In order to utilise Cyber Connect's services, you must obtain access to the Internet and pay any fees associated with this access. In addition, you must provide all the equipment necessary to obtain this access like modems and a computer.

3.2 You agree to pay all fees associated with the delivery of this service. Cyber Connect uses a debit order system and your hosting fee will be transferred from your account every month between the 25th and 1st of the following month.

4. Fees

4.1 You agree to pay Cyber Connect the applicable fees as set out on its website http://cyberwebhosting.co.za and Cyber Connect reserves the right to alter its fees but will provide you with adequate prior notification.

4.2 You must pay the Set-up fee and charges before service can be delivered to you.The Set-up fee excludes VAT.

5. Warranties

5.1 Cyber Connect warranties you that it will utilise the expertise and experience of its team to provide you with an excellent hosting environment. However, this is subject to downtime caused by third parties or due to routine maintenance.

5.2 Cyber Connect shall only provide you with services are specified within the Agreement.

5.3 You warrant that you are over 18 years of age and if you are not, you have obtained permission from your parent or guardian to do so.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 You acknowledge and agree that Cyber Connect will no liability whatsoever under this Agreement, including without limitation to you for:

a) any losses whatsoever caused by downtime to service; or

b) any damage of any type suffered as a result of the loss of confidentiality of information stored on the Internet.

7. Indemnity

7.1 You agree to fully indemnify Cyber Connect from any claims, liabilities and expenses arising out of this agreement.

7.2 You agree to indemnify Cyber Connect from any Domain disputes.

8. Termination

8.1 You must provide a month's notice of your intention to terminate the service. Such notice must be written and submitted by either mail, fax or registered mail.

9. Maintenance and Support

9.1 You can obtain technical assistance for issues concerned with your utilisation of Cyber Connect's services. However, the service provider reserves the right to impose limitations on the extent of such support and the hours at which it is available. You can request for this support by phoning 011 781 8014.
