With all services you purchase from Cyber Connect, you will receive technical support. Cyber Connect provides free telephonic support on 011-781 8014 and free 24 X7 email support. (Please send us mail using the form here) We also provide carry-in support. The first 30 minutes of carry-in support is free of charge. Our offices are located at:

On-site support is provided at a charge of R350/hr (ex vat) and includes setting up of networks, configuration of email clients etc for businesses.

Hardware Warranties

All hardware carries the warranty provided by the hardware supplier and any damaged hardware will be sent to the supplier for repair or swop out as determined by the hardware suppliers policies.

If you are unable to bring your machine in you may, depending on the service purchased, post the hardware to us and we will run tests on it in our dedicated lab. Should it found to work on the configuration you provide us we will post the hardware back to you and bill for time spent on the job. If the hardware is found to be faulty we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Troubleshooting Tips

Some steps to follow if you have problems:

• Check your pc or laptop with the people you bought it from. Often there are hardware problems with the machine you are using.
• In a lot of cases the operating system, especially windows, has become unstable over time and needs to be re-installed.
• Make sure you run anti-virus and anti-spam filters. Make sure your firewall is on and that your macine is free of viruses,trojans and other nasties.
